Sve \u0161to smo znali je &#8211; ako pomije\u0161ate to dvoje, dobi\u0107ete strujni udar! Po toj logici, neko bi se zapitao, kako plutaju\u0107a solarna elektrana nije opasna za izazivanje po\u017eara?<\/p>\n<p>Ali napredak u tehnologiji pretvorio je ovu neo\u010dekivanu kombinaciju vode i struje u pouzdano solarno rje\u0161enje. Sada se nad vodnim tijelima postavljaju solarni projekti od vi\u0161e megavata \u2013 kako bi se zadovoljile rastu\u0107e potrebe za elektri\u010dnom energijom.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-872b7fd elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"872b7fd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u0160ta su plutaju\u0107e solarne elektrane?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4dd0bf5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4dd0bf5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Plutaju\u0107e solarne elektrane su ekolo\u0161ki prihvatljiv metod proizvodnje elektri\u010dne energije koji kombinuje pomorsku i tehnologiju obnovljive energije. Ali postrojenje je bilo veoma malo (20 kW) i izgra\u0111eno je samo u istra\u017eiva\u010dke svrhe. Sedam godina kasnije, 2014. godine, prosje\u010dan kapacitet porastao je na 0,5 MW, ali su se nau\u010dnici i dalje borili da taj projekat proradi u ve\u0107em obimu. Prekretnica je nastupila godinu kasnije, kada je u Japanu instalirano ve\u0107e postrojenje od 7,55 MW.<\/p>\n<p>Jedna od najve\u0107ih plutaju\u0107ih solarnih elektrana u Evropi nalazi se u gradu Piolencu, nadomak Avinjona, u Francuskoj. Raspola\u017ee sa oko 47000 solarnih panela, snage od 17 MW, a procjenjuje se da na godi\u0161njem nivou snabdijeva gotovo 5000 doma\u0107instava, a pored toga smanjuje emisiju ugljen-dioksida za vi\u0161e od 1000 tona. U Aziji, naro\u010dito u Kini, Indiji, Japanu i Ju\u017enoj Koreji, uveliko se grade plutaju\u0107e solarne elektrane gigantskih razmjera. Kada je rije\u010d o Balkanu, valja napomenuti da je u Albaniji, na akumulacionom jezeru Vau i Dejes, izgra\u0111ena plutaju\u0107a solarna elektrana snage 12,9 MW, a neophodna sredstva, u iznosu od 9,1 milion eura, obezbije\u0111ena su iz zajma Evropske banke za obnovu i razvoj.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fd01f33 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fd01f33\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Prednosti plutaju\u0107ih solarnih elektrana<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e7e4b33 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e7e4b33\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Promovi\u0161u efikasnost kori\u0161\u0107enja zemlji\u0161ta<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c7a453 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5c7a453\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Plutaju\u0107i solarni paneli su svjedo\u010danstvo o inovativnom kori\u0161\u0107enju prostora. Zbog prirodnog efekta hla\u0111enja vode, smanjuje se porast temperature solarnih modula, pa paneli apsorbuju vi\u0161e sun\u010deve energije. Istra\u017eiva\u010di ka\u017eu da bi pokrivanje 10 odsto sjvetskih hidroenergetskih rezervoara plutaju\u0107im fotonaponskim sistemima moglo da proizvede elektri\u010dne energije koliko sve operativne elektrane na fosilna goriva u svijetu zajedno!<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d989ca elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1d989ca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u0160tede vodne resurse<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7ea028 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b7ea028\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Plutaju\u0107i solarni paneli smanjuju isparavanje vode u rezervoaru, jer plutaju\u0107i sistem blokira sun\u010devu svjetlost. Njihova lokacija na vodnim tijelima \u010dini ih manje dostupnim, \u010dime se smanjuje rizik od vandalizma i kra\u0111e. Pored toga, monta\u017ea na povr\u0161ini vode mo\u017ee doprinijeti manjem o\u0161te\u0107enju u pore\u0111enju sa kopnenim instalacijama, obezbje\u0111uju\u0107i time i du\u017ei radni vijek i manje potrebe za odr\u017eavanjem.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0b093b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0b093b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Koriste ekolo\u0161ki sistem<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-514211e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"514211e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Efekat sjen\u010denja plutaju\u0107eg solarnog sistema spre\u010dava \u0161tetni rast algi. Cvjetanje algi je \u010desto podstaknuto prekomjernom sun\u010devom svjetlo\u0161\u0107u pa predstavlja prijetnju po vodene ekosisteme i kvalitet vode. Preliminarne studije ukazuju i na manji uticaj plutaju\u0107ih solarnih instalacija na vodeni svijet u pore\u0111enju sa drugim strukturama iznad vode ili u vodi. Dizajnom i pozicioniranjem plutaju\u0107ih solarnih panela mo\u017ee da se upravlja tako da ne ugra\u017eavaju vodena stani\u0161ta, tako da ispod ovih platformi uspijevaju i prirodne riblje farme.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cetiri analize uticaja na \u017eivotnu sredinu koje je uradio Korejski institut za politiku i procjenu \u017eivotne sredine (KEI) od 2011. do 2019. godine, pokazale su da plutaju\u0107i fotonaponski objekti nijesu nanijeli \u0161tetu \u017eivotnoj sredini. Energija koju generi\u0161u plutaju\u0107e solarne elektrane mogla bi se koristiti za vi\u0161e namjena, kao \u0161to su sistemi za desalinizaciju vode, pumpanje vode za navodnjavanje i poljoprivredu ili stambenu potro\u0161nju.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4540e19 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4540e19\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Izazovi za implementaciju plutaju\u0107ih solarnih elektrana<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-75ce361 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"75ce361\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Izazovni aspekt plutaju\u0107ih solarnih elektrana su njihovi tro\u0161kovi izgradnje, koji su ve\u0107i u pore\u0111enju sa sli\u010dnim sistemima koji se nalaze na zemlji. Nije potrebna priprema zemlji\u0161ta, me\u0111utim, lokacija rezervoara za vodu i logistika uti\u010du na finansijske potrebe ovih sistema.<\/p>\n<p>Pogodnost plutaju\u0107ih solarnih sistema ograni\u010dena je na mirna vodna tijela. Nakon ura\u0111enih sveobuhvatnih analiza utvr\u0111eno je da bi snaga elektrane iznosila36 MW, a godi\u0161nja proizvodnja iz ovakve elektrane oko 51,34GWh. Prema projekcijama cijena elektri\u010dne energije na period do 2030. godine, dolazi se do zaklju\u010dka da bi EPCG nakon realizacije projekta \u201dSE Krupac\u201c godi\u0161nje po osnovu tzv. \u201eoslobo\u0111ene energije\u201c prihodovala oko sedam miliona eura. Projekat bi se mogao realizovati tokom 2025. godine, dok bi za realizaciju projekta bila zadu\u017eena EPCG \u2013 Solar gradnja koja je na na\u0161em tr\u017ei\u0161tu najspremnija da sa svojim ekipama licenciranih montera i in\u017eenjera izvede radove na najefikasniji na\u010din.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-29fd6d5
